FIAB Automatic Grommet Welder

JTE Machine Systems and FIAB HF are proud to introduce their offering to its already comprehensive line of RF welding equipment. This automatic grommet welder has PLC control with digital autotuning, auto hole punch, and automatic feeding of the grommets. The 1.5kw generator, Frequency Stabilized to 27.12 MHz +/-0.6%, ensures a consistent weld while proving itself to be reliable for many years. This machine can not only do single side grommets, but can also do the increasingly popular double grommets. The FIAB Automatic RF Grommet Welder can be either operated by the convenient foot switch or by the control panel. The PLC is controlled by an interactive touch screen. The automatic revolving magazine for the eyelets ensures proper placement and continuous feed for high productivity; it also punches the grommet hole reducing material handling. It is conveniently mounted on wheels for ease of movement. With a convenient 37 inch table height this machine is the perfect compliment to your existing equipment.

JTE Sonic Bar Welder

This 3.3kw bar welder is the latest in JTE Machine Systems’ efforts to become your “Total Seaming Solutions” provider. Using people friendly ultrasonic frequency to weld almost any thermoplastic industrial fabric, this first of its kind welder will give you consistent, high quality welds you expect from RF bar welders, without the puckering of a rotary welder.

The JTE Sonic Bar Welder is available as a stationary welder, and can be configured as part of an automated solution. A traveling version will be available soon. The 1/2” by 12” weld is typically completed in less than a 2 second cycle. Different bar widths and lengths are available as options. This solution comes complete with the same level of operator friendly touch screen human interface along with efficient and safety oriented automation our customers have come to expect .

This revolutionary application of technology will allow you to seam fabrics that won’t weld with RF welders along with fabrics that are RF weld able like vinyl coated solar shade mesh and others, with no possibility of arcing. With the JTE Sonic Bar Welder, you will be able to use recyclable “green” fabrics for signs and banners, as well as non-coated polyesters and acrylics. The unique properties of this welder enable stronger welds than ever before on textured fabrics using seaming tape.

JTE Shade/Banner Shuttle

The JTE Shade/Banner shuttle machine is the optimal solution for pocket making and welding hems on vinyl coated shades and banners. JTE has pulled out all the stops with this 6kw machine, it includes auto-tuning, quick change bar, front trough, and a front mounted grounding foot to minimize stray RF emissions. The magnetic strip on the table helps in the alignment and adjustment of material to get that perfect weld every time.

The 10.4" Touch Screen is very user friendly as well as having different user levels to prevent unwanted changes to your optimized settings. Alphanumeric recipes allow quick program changes for all your different welds.

The 14 foot long sliding table on a 32 foot frame with precision guides allows for quick and consistent alignment of both hems and pockets.

JTE Ultra Hem Closer

The JTE Ultra Hem Closer is just one of JTE Machine Systems’ material handling solutions. It is designed to efficiently close the welded or sewn pockets on shades, awnings, or banners. It comes standard with a ¼” x 2” sealing bar (horn), but can be equipped with various sizes and shapes of sealing bars from a ¼” x 3’ wide pocket to a small dot sealing tool to close fabric shades.

The Ultrasonic Generator at the heart of the JTE Ultra Hem Closer is very efficient and will weld most materials with less than a 0.5 sec weld time. It is computer controlled and programmable for different weld programs.

For fast and efficient alignment, the JTE Ultra Hem Closer is equipped with an 8’ long modular table that can be extended as needed. The machine is equipped with two sided stops for ease of alignment. The stops are adjustable for different size pockets.

JTE Cut Above Cutting Unit

JTE Machine Systems, announces a new way for digital graphics companies to cut and weld front-lit and back-lit material with precise efficiency.  The JTE Cut-Above Cutting Unit minimizes time spent cutting and registering printed vinyl panels that need to be spliced together.

The JTE Cut-Above Cutting Unit is designed to work with the Forsstrom  or like RF Traveling Welder, eliminating the need for additional floor space or time to transfer the trimmed material to the RF welding machine. The perfectly level welding table also ensures accurate alignment and precision of the cut. The JTE Cut-Above Cutting Unit utilizes a rotary knife that is supported by the Forsstrom rails, and is manually advanced independent of the welding unit.  This allows for one operator to be cutting while another is welding at the same time. No movement of the material is necessary after the cut. The RF machine simply travels to the two panels held in place by a powerful vacuum system, and welds the panels within seconds.

JTE Winder

JTE Machine Systems, a premier supplier of parts, service and complete Radio Frequency welding machines, brings to billboard-makers a new efficient way to roll up paneled vinyl material prior to printing. The JTE Winder can be used with almost any brand of RF welding traveling machine and can automatically wind up 6 feet in approx. 9 seconds!

Saving valuable material handling time, this stand-alone JTE Winder will create straight edged rolls for printing like no other winder on the market. The JTE winder is designed to fit snuggly underneath the table of almost any brand of traveling welder with at least 17 feet of travel length. It has a unique laser-guided automatic edge-guiding system that creates an extremely even edge, as the welded material is automatically pulled off the table onto a 3-inch core. Lengths are user programmable, and this winder will accommodate from 10’ to 16’6” wide rolls.
